Revada — Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return window — you have 90 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at Revadacustomerservice@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please don't send items back before requesting a return — anything sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions — Items We Can't Accept Returns On

Some items aren't eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care items (like beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also can't accept returns on items that arrived later than expected, sale items, or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, just reach out.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you actually want is to return what you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed. The same conditions apply — item unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If it is, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days — though it may take your bank or card issuer a bit longer to post it.
