Revada — Shipping Policy

At Revada, we want every order to arrive quickly, reliably, and in great shape. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery time: 20–25 business days (Monday–Friday)

Our team starts working on your order as soon as it comes in to keep things moving.

Confirmation and Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation email with your order number right after checkout. Once your item ships, we'll send a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress, plus a final notice when it arrives.

Shipping Carriers & Cost

We work with a network of shipping carriers worldwide to get your order to you on time and in good condition, wherever you're located. All orders ship free with standard shipping.

Where We Ship

Right now, we ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Ireland. Due to carrier restrictions, we currently can't deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't shown up:

  1. Double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly.
  2. Check around your property — porches, mailrooms, side doors, etc.
  3. Ask neighbors or others at your address if they picked it up.
  4. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the carrier confirms the package is officially lost, reach out to us right away — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
